Delivery policy

The following Delivery Policy is only valid for products purchased on the De Jagers website.

There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa. We do not deliver to post boxes or internationally.

Delivery options: 

1) Door to door courier: Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping, orders under R1500 will be charged at R150 (up to 4kg) Delivery will be made within 3 to 4 business days upon the acceptance of your order. Orders will be shipped using Dawn Wing couriers, Dawn Wing will provide tracking sms for parcel tracking via the Dawn Wing website. Failed delivery attempts due to customer entering incorrect details or failure to collect at address may result in additional shipping fees for resending the parcel.

2) Click and collect: Orders will be sent to De Jagers branch of your choice free of charge, customer will be onformed onced order is available for collection. Our inter branch transfers work on a 7 day cycle, so depending on day of order it may take up to 7 days to be delivered to branch.

Refunds & Returns

De Jagers recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchasing experience.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately on 023 342 1177, or via email at
We will then discuss the return process and arrange for drop off at nearest De Jagers branch or alternatively arrange for courier to collect parcel from address provided by customer. 
If item is found to be damaged/incorrect order, no courier fees for returns will be charged.
Please note:
• Proof of purchase will be required
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
• Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns

Change of mind returns:

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like.

Change of mind items can be refunded or exchanged for free at any of our branches.

If you would prefer to return items via courier the cost of courier will be payable by customer. Only after item has been received by our warehouse and meets the following guidelines will item be exchanged or refunded (courier costs excluded)

• Returned within 30 days
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
• Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns

Please note no returns of refunds will be considered for the following:
• Underwear
• Clearance items
